THE PROCESS is to:

• send your question by e-mail to innovaconsulting@iimcitaly.com including a telephone number or by using the form below
• IIMC analyses the question and may request further information
• IIMC sends a quote related to the difficulty of the request, specifying the response times
• If the customer accepts, make the transfer to IIMC for the agreed amount
• At the agreed deadline, IIMC sends the written opinion by e-mail and sets a call either by phone or video (Skype), in order to submit the opinion and answer any questions.
